This was our first home purchase and to add to the complexity we decided to utilize a renovation FHA loan. The process was complex and tricky at times but MaryAnn and her team made sure we were in the loop at every point in the process and kept things moving so that we could close on time. MaryAnn and her team were fantastic! We had a quick turnaround to purchase our house and they made sure we never missed a deadline and that all questions were answered before we moved on. There were times where I wanted to look at different options and they let me ask all my questions and never rushed anything. All of their answers were complete and they tried to also make sure we thought of everything. This is what every person should have when the go through this process. Its a stressful time and youre talking about a lot of money so its so nice to know that youre dealing with a team that really knows what theyre doing and they take the time to make sure youre taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market to buy a house or property. We found our forever home this go round, but if we need to buy any additional property, theres only one place well go for our mortgage needs and thats with MaryAnn.
