    This is my first experience purchasing a home and God led me to Trey Jordan a platinum loan officer in my eyes. He was patient, kind, honest, and made it comfortable to ask any question. If he was busy when I called, he texted me immediately to inform me he would call me back, or have one of his team members contact me. In addition to platinum customer service the Fairway portal was user friendly which made it easy to submit documents. Thanks to Fairway’s loan officer Trey Jordan and his team; my Mom and I own our home.

While the process of buying a home can be confusing and overwhelming, Greg made everything much easier because of how accessible he was, his expertise in answering all our questions, and his guidance through the process.     I recommend Trey Jordan. He knows his stuff & is always available. All other companies sent me to dozens of online applications and websites for answers or quotes. Trey did 90% of everything on the phone and only sent me to do things online when necessary. Although I’m sure if you would rather do everything online you could. Overall I can’t brag on Trey enough. We will now use him forever & continuously encourage our friends, family, and acquaintances to call him if they need his services.

    After I talked to Trey, he refered us to a realtor and we were looking at houses the very next day already, 2 days later we were pre approved for the loan. It took us 2 weeks to find a house. He worked with my realtor to get me an offer accepted for a house. Gave us different options according to our needs, got us a really low interest rate and even a lower monthly payment than what we were renting for. Even though it was not an easy closing they made it possible in 30 days. We are very thankful!
