I have known Greg and his wonderful team for several years. In this life you go thru different paths and meet different people, needless to say, there are good ones bad ones and then they are the ones that will be kept for life.I would like to give this review a sole testimony of my great relationship that I have with Fairway loans and with Greg Ulrich team. There may be a few choices out there for conducting mortgage transactions and basically put you in a home, but...there are very few people that look at your best interest as client and also to make sure that you will get the best service, rates and even a great financial advise from Greg.For many years Real Estate investor, you need someone that can help you decide what is the best finance instrument to cover not just a good cash flow but more important the certainty that your loan will close seamless and will get funded to capture the investment opportunity. With Gregs help not only I had capitalized very good investments and refinances but also made a friend for life.
