Communication between Terri and her team was amazing! Quick and responsive with intelligent and well prepared answers to our many questions. My wife and I purchased our first home and couldnt be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish we were informed of the process and at the same time not smothered with overwhelming emails or calls. Terri and her team were on point and my wife and I will be forever grateful!

We had a pretty unconventional home purchasing situation so there was a learning curve there. We had some unexpected hiccups in the process but Terri and her team were clear about what was needed to finalize everything. Terri especially was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process.
