    Ed Solter and his team did a great job - I shopped around and they got a better rate than the other brokers in Austin with low fees as well. This was particularly impressive given how quickly the rates were changing (Fall 2022) - other lenders recommended locking the rate, but they told me why not to, and it was the right call. They explained not only the breakdown of the mortgage, but also how to think strategically about things like refinancing for my long-term planning.

    Melissa and her team were truly a blessing to our family. After finally coming to an agreement with the seller on a very complicated home sale, we realized we needed to close very quickly and that didn’t seem possible. With a baby on the way, stress levels were high at our house. We involved Melissa to see if she could help, and before we knew it, she had figured out the whole puzzle, gathered all of the extraneous pieces (several fell outside the finance scope but she still worked them out!) and had us closing on our new home 10 days later. We were shocked, thrilled, and are eternally grateful. We are now in our home with time to get settled before baby, and we couldn’t be happier. Melissa and her team are thorough, strong communicators, creative when needed, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
