Meredith Driskill was a referral from a realtor friend. We worked from the end of Covid, into this year, for a refinance. I had a lot of footwork, needed the credit cleaned up, and then someone to go to bat for my refi. This was a VA refi from a Non-QM loan. A terrible kind of loan to have. The rate was atrocious. Meredith and her team got us a new great rate, and a mortgage payment that we actually do not mind sending. This VA process was smoother than we thought and her team is the best ever at helping.
