This is the 2nd time we have purchased a property with Kelli. The reason we are return customers is because she is a great communicator, very well organized, resourceful, and truly cares for her clients. It is a rare thing nowadays to find someone who really cares about the people they work for. All I can tell you is that Kelli is a real problem solver. Even if the issues are not necessarily hers to solve, she wont hesitate to jump in to represent your interests and take care of you. If we need to buy again, well be back a 3rd time purely because of the way Kelli treated and took care of us to make the process as easy as possible.

Fairway should be your first choice for a lender, especially Kelli Maggio. She was an absolute dream to work with. She worked tirelessly on our loan with open communication from start to finish. She was quick to respond to any and all of our questions or concerns, making the entire process smooth and painless. Matt Walker made it amazingly simple and very understandable. He had to deal with a very rude and obnoxious lady and stayed professional the whole time and multiple times at that. He explained everything precisely and when he picked up the phone he knew exactly what I was talking about every single time.

Summary: Great customer service: Employees take the time to help you design a loan that will fit your lifestyle, not just what your credit qualifies you for. Prepares you for the long term. Works around you and your realtors.I bought my home about half a year ago, as of this writing, and I will leave my rating at 5 stars. The folks at Fairway set me up for success and clearly outlined any responsibilities I need to take care of and how to do so. A great example of this is how to properly file for homestead exemption. Another thing they helped with was outlining what was a reasonable loan for my income level. Technically, I qualified for almost 300k in loans, but realistically, if I didnt want to work 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, 180k is what I should have been qualified for. We sat down and outlined a great plan so that I could buy a decent home at a decent price and actually live my life. It also helps that they worked very well with my realtors at diamond realaty, Jeff Nelson and Sherry Wax, who bent over backward to help me. Thanks to these individuals work, the inflation spiral has hurt me but not financially crippled me. Thank you to the fairway and diamond reality.
