Dick Burge is the best loan originator Ive ever worked with. (And I say that having owned and operated a 4-office mortgage brokerage for 10 years.) He found a lending program that helped me purchase my home in Texas, was always responsive when I had questions, and made my transaction as trouble-free as possible! I wish I could give him 10 stars. Although I didnt have any direct contact with anyone else on the Fairway team, I know they did their jobs flawlessly. I am extremely pleased with my experience!
