I have had the opportunity to work it Morris and the team at Expedited Capital on a few occasions now and they definitely ease the process of deal flow, which is extremely important as an active investor. Morris consistently reaches out to see if there is anything else he can do to help expedite or smooth out any issues as the transaction is processed. Will definitely continue to work with Expedited Capital.

I rarely write a review but I had to share my positive experience with Morris and his Team. I purchased my first investment property and they helped and guided me throughout the whole process. It took 3 months to finish the process due to title issues but they were persistent. As a new investor I did research on quite a few lenders and I am glad I made the right choice. Im so excited to start the rehab now. :)

Every question was answered and every process was explained in detail every step of the way. I cant say enough great things-which is rare when reviewing a lender! Every step of the process was above and beyond. Mark helped me think through the deal and multiple options they provided. He made filling out the paperwork easy, and he moved mountains to make sure closing still happened after a hiccup on the behalf of title. They have a broad range of products available that after a lot of research I can say are the best for investors that I found out there! After doing 3 deals with them and planning on doing many more, I consider them an important part of my investment team.
