I just had one of the most positive customer experiences over the phone, that I have ever had. Mr. Jesus Rivas assisted me. The wait time was about 5 minutes which he more than made up for with his kindness, starting with his greeting. Jesus answered all of my questions and gave me more information that I needed and did not even realize I needed. I highly recommend asking for Mr. Rivas to assist when calling. He is an asset to this company.

My husband and I have been faithful members at Evolve FCU for better than 10 years. We have a number of loans with the best rates available. We recently just purchased a new toy hauler at a great rate. Every loan has been handled extremely professional, the process is always easy as long as you provide documentation needed by loan officers. In reading some of these reviews it is obvious that some have trouble managing their accounts. One of the reviews I believe it was Ray was very abusive towards all members of management/employees. These types of reviewsare uncalled for and really painful and frankly annoying to read. Some people shouldnt be allowed to have loans or accounts as they obviously cant manage them or their money. If you are that upset. Just leave. In our experiences Evolve always tries to help their members and go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied members. Victoria Vega, made my auto loan processing very smooth, she explained evrything and made it easy for me.. after dealing with insurance and dealership people she came to the rescue and was able to assist me submitting all paperwork. Ive read the reviews for this bank, and am unsure as to why there are so many negative ones.. I guess I should be thankful, but I must say I have never had a bad experience.. everything is always explained to me in great detail and costumer service is great. Theyve always taken their time with my husband and I, and have been so helpful. Im glad I have my car loan with Evolve!

Great customer service! I have all my auto loans with Evolve and they offer great interest rates. I also purchased a warranty for my BMW which covered all my repair cost when it broke down on me once. Mike Arzate helped me with each and every single one of my loans and is a great helper and walks you through everything you need to know. Overall great Credit Union.

Excellent costume service. Car loan aproved in 1 day. no needed to go to the sucursal everything over the phone and emails. Fast. I cant understand the 2.8 rating. Costumer for more than 30 years.
