Jon was recommended to me by a friend and I was definitely impressed! As a first time homebuyer I was overwhelmed by the whole experience, but Jon took the time to explain everything to me in a easy to understand manner and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Additionally, due to some timing issues on my part we had to close the deal in only 11 days. I was doubtful it could happen, but Jon was able to get it done!! Both my realtor and title company were extremely impressed!! He is super easy to work with and he definitely knows what he’s doing. Rates were competitive and his videos on the home-buying process were very helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend Jon for anybody looking for a home loan!

I’ll start off by saying I own few rental properties across different states. My loan is not the easiest to underwrite due to the complexity of owning different businesses. I’ve worked with many lenders in the past, and Jon is the best by far. He is very experienced and shows great respect of my time. During my most recent purchase, we ran into unexpected issue with HOA. Jon provided the resolution options and worked with HOA to address the issues without much effort from me. I really enjoy working with Jon. This is my second loan with him, and will not be the last.

We were provided 2 loan specialists in the Dallas metroplex. After interviewing both I can honestly say that I chose well! Jon Estes was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He taught us what to be looking for in a mortgage and how to navigate the process seamlessly and to our benefit. Jon was able to show multiple financing scenarios and helped us choose the one that was best for our family.
