They always responded to my questions quickly and accurately. They were always kind in every response. I also wanted to be able to close sooner than what was originally scheduled and they were able to accommodate that as well. Such wonderful people to work with in every way. This process was a nightmare with my builders first lender, was referred to Lynda Bunker and was a completely different positive experience. She communicated so well with me, answered every question either with a phone call or e-mail. Which eased my nerves a lot since I had a very bad experience with the previous lender.
