1st EXPERIENCE: 5 stars!Its been a privilege having Eric Whitaker as our Loan Officer. As first-time and out-of-state home buyers, my wife and I were immediately impressed by his professionalism, competency, and patience. He walked us through the full loan process, explained rates, answered questions all times of day, even recommended realtors, and generally ensured there were no surprises at any stage. Home buying may be stressful, but he really made it as smooth and effortless as humanely possible. On closing day, he processed our documents from the title company so quickly, we were able to get our house without delay.
