I highly recommend working with Envoy Mortgage & more specifically Roan King. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a A LOT of questions and needed guidance along the journey. Working with Roan & my realtor, Pavla Guggenheim, was breeze— they were truly a dream team. Roan was transparent, communicative & educational throughout the entire process.

Roan King did a wonderful job with my home mortgage. He and the team were super responsive to all of my questions and concerns and were able to quickly get me new pre-approval letters and made the closing process smooth and stress-free. They also were able to fund the closing really fast so I was able to get my keys after signing within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Envoy Mortgage and Roan King. They do an amazing job!

Roan and his team guided us the whole loaning process during our home purchase journey. He was very patient, provided all details, and responded quickly when we had questions. Roan also gave us good advices when builder couldnt close home on time and our original load rate expired. Its a good experience working with Roan and his team.

Actually, being able to pick up a phone and get a direct answer for almost any question. This service seemed to extend late into the evening. Roan and his team treated my wife and me as if we were always important! He acted the way I wanted him to act for a complicated event that Ive only participated in a couple of times in my entire 68-year life, buying a home!

Envoy did a great job getting us through a quick closing, even though Im a business owner which seems like it requires more documentation.Heres what happened. We (my family) saw a house on a Friday that we liked, we put in an offer on the following Monday and got pre-approval the same day, had it inspected on Tuesday, negotiated for a week with the seller and had a finalized offer the following Monday, appraiser saw it Monday and or Tuesday (not sure which) and Envoy was ready to close that Friday - 12 days after we put in our initial offer, and 5 days after we had a final offer with the seller.The title company was scrambling to keep up, so we closed on the following Tuesday after a long weekend.The quick close saved us from moving twice! Im totally happy.

The Envoy team had their work cut out with us. We received very bad financing advice before reaching Envoy and looked to Roan to help negotiate the mess we found ourselves in. The confidence and professionalism Roan, Shabre, and Debbie showed us gave us hope everything was going to turn out ok. We ended up finding and financing the house of our dreams thanks to the Envoy team! Use with confidence! If there is a way through the issues you are facing, they will find it as they did for us!
