With so much on our plate during the launch, we were grateful for how smooth and easy she made setting up our accounts. I am a realtor who recently worked with Encore Bank with my clients for a home loan. I was soo amazed with their service and dedication that I had to come over to Google maps and leave a review for Amanda Cerda and Josh Allen!!!!!! Josh was so responsive and professional and knowledgeable and was able to help my clients get where they needed to be to qualify for a loan and then helped them with a great monthly plan lower insurance and lower interest rate!!!! Im just so thrilled to have met Amanda Cerda who introduced me to Encore Bank and Josh Allen! These folks are skilled in mortgage lending!!!!!!!!!! I have been a customer with Encore Bank since it opened here in San Antonio. The dedicated, white glove service I have received from the entire staff has been nothing short of exceptional. This bank strives to genuinely know their clients and provide beneficial advice and services regularly. They have always shot me straight even when it was not always in their best interest. I have yet to receive this type of service from other banks. From the president of the branch, all the way down the chain, they truly do care about their clients. I would recommend this bank to all business owners in the greater MCA.
