The best decision I made for myself and my business was switching to a local bank, and Encore has gone above and beyond! From the personalized service to the ease of their online portals, Ill never go back to the national bankers. I learned early on in my business that if you dont have your banker on speed dial, youre at the wrong bank. You should have a relationship with those that keep your money and I love my relationship with everyone at Encore.

I had been a long time client of Chase bank and was just a number to them. I started looking for a new bank a couple of years ago for my business and I couldn’t be more pleased. The personal touch and the care they have for me and my business has made this one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only do they know who I am but what my business does and they always ask. I’m not just an account number but a person. Highly recommend everyone from the Plano office.

What can I say about Encore Bank. I have been with them for years thanks to Christina who is absolutely amazing. Everyone at the bank is incredibly helpful and tentative with everything you need as a business owner. Everyone is incredibly personable which you don’t see with any other bank. There not just a bank, there family! I really wish I could give them 6 stars.

Encore is our go-to for all banking needs. The service level is top-notch and a rare find these days. We have done all of our real estate deals through Encore and they make everything so easy. Responsive (even when on vacation)! Friendly! AND competent!!!!

Absolutely LOVE this bank and the amazing customer service! Dallas and Rosie are always so friendly and helpful. On Good Friday, I got to the bank about 15 minutes before opening and Rosie unlocked the door to help me with a deposit! Cannot say enough good things about them!
