My husband and I loved working with Jody! After being denied multiple VA loans, Jody was the only person who was able to help us. We are so thankful for him and his team. They had an app that made registration easy, and were quick to communicate with feedback and questions by text or email and never left me out to dry. I started my VA cash out refinance on July 5th 2023 and I live in Crestivew, Florida. What I appreciate the most about this whole transaction is that Chris, or Natalie or his processor, Jeanette always communicated with me. Details, text messages, phone calls, yes phone calls, and emails and they never left one un answered question about my loan. This is true customer service at its best and if anyone is considering what lender to use, get off that fence and call Chris Fewell!! We are so glad we did and we closed on August 1 2023. This is a five star operation.
