We had a new construction home and she was able to beat the builders preferred lender and significantly decreased our cash to close. I recently moved from Canada to Texas and was introduced to Emily at the beginning of the home purchasing process. As my situation was not a typical mortgage application Emily went above and beyond in order for me to purchase the house I was wanting. I cant say enough nice things about Emily! The most important thing I can say though is if you want the best loan officer, go with Emily! She learns about her clients to find out what works best for them. She learned about me and my life and helped me find the best loan option for my situation (and let me tell you, it was amazing!) Emily is available for her clients (okay, can we just say friends? because I met Emily through this and made an amazing friend!) and gets back to them quickly. I am not a super patient person and I never felt like I was waiting on her, even on the weekends. It was such a beautiful experience to work with someone who actually cared about my well being, and cheered me on along the way. Thank you for everything, Emily!
