Luke and Kristen are a breath of fresh air in this crazy mortgage market. We had endless problems with a prior lender which was nearly impossible to get a hold of both the loan officer and processor and almost lost the house because of it. NRL, specifically, Luke and Kristen, bailed us out and were able to get us closed on the house in record time in my eyes which is even more impressive given how busy lenders are in this low rate environment. They are extremely responsive and helpful all the way through the process. Im not sure when/if they sleep as they were responsive regardless of what time of day/night it was.I would highly recommend NRL, specifically Luke and Kristen, to anybody.
