Tori and his team not only helped me through a very hard situation with Megatel homes. They also took care of me through the process. Answering every question I had and even making calls on my behave. This is the only company I will ever use to buy property and I couldn’t be happier with them. Sylvia was so helpful, she walked us through refinancing our house. She was able to find us a very good deal, cut our mortgage loan in half, not only that we went from a 4% interest rate to a 2.5 %. That help us so much and receive a great monthly payment. I highly recommend Sylvia, refinance process was smooth and on time as promise.

Outstanding service team. Highly recommend Efinity! They were helpful and set clear expectations for everything I needed to provide. We even closed a week early on my REFI! They beat the mortgage rate of my current mortgager and also two other banks I do business with. We even got this awesome cutting board and coffee mugs as a gift after closing!
