She and her loan processor, Beth Bratton, work together to ensure a seamless closing process. She is knowledgeable about all of the latest loan programs for first-time home buyers. She was helpful, always put me at ease, and made the process much less stressful by brining humor along with her. That was 2 years ago. We still talk every now and then. Mostly just to catch up on how our families are doing, but always find a reason to laugh about Napoleon Dynamite and “tots.”
