My daughter and I worked with Edgar Garcia on the purchase of our home. We had previously tried to purchase a home several months before but were not successful. We figured we’d try again and were introduced to Edgar by our realtor. We had our first zoom meeting with Edgar and the realtor. Edgar was pretty confident that he could get it done. We decided to proceed. Edgar was amazing through the whole process. He recommended ways to help increase the chances of getting approved. He stayed on top of everything for us. Watched interest rates daily and finally locked in when he felt they were the best. He was successful in getting us approved!!
