Where should I start ? I can’t say enough about her . Becky ya yun Chang answered all my questions to make sure we were making a good decision. There was a lot of documents to be signed . She paid attention to everything we signed and explained to us where were all the fees came from . She could close our house in two weekends if we wanted her to . She is more than a loan officer She is a friend that really cares about each penny you spend . She gave us good daycare and moving company recommendations . She helped us beyond her responsibilities. She will be our loan officer in rest of my life . I would highly recommend her to anyone needs a loan officer who cares about your money.

They did an awesome job and I am super satisfied with the result. I am summerizing a few reasons here, but definitely not limited to these. (1) Their interest rate is competitive, and they are honest to help you analyze the pros/cons with a specific financing plan. (2) Very responsive. Typically the loan agent and processor reply to me via email or text within a few minutes. (3) Very diligent to make sure the whole process be on track. We dealt with a terrible title company with extremely slow and delayed repsonse, a lot of mistakes, and little responsibility. My loan agent Jianfei and processor Haolin worked extremely hard to make sure everything is done on time so that we were able to close on time. They always put their customer as the first priority. In conclusion, you can 100% rely on them for your mortgage financing. Recommended.
