    Cannot recommend Dustin enough! We talked to 3 lending agents with different companies that our realtor suggested when we started finding houses to put offers on and Dustin was the standout choice. We had the pleasure of working with Dustin and I’m so glad we did!At the beginning, we were nervous about the process and since we have never been through it before we had no idea what to expect.     Dustin and his team were recommended by my Realtor and I am so happy we ended up working together. When I first started considering purchasing a home, in March of 2021, he answered every question I had and was extremely thorough and attentive, even knowing that I was months away from being ready to apply. I wanted to do my due diligence and I called probably 15 different lenders to find out about different down payment assistance programs offered and get a feel for customer service, but no one beat the level of service I received from Dustin. When August came along and the perfect home came on the market, Dustin was there for us every step of the way, helping us navigate our first home purchase with ease and showing the patience of a Saint with my hundreds of questions. He kept me informed of every step of the process and I knew exactly what to expect along the way. He had us ready to close in plenty of time and ensured there were no hiccups at the closing table.     Dustin and Brittany were beyond amazing. From the minute we searched online for where to get our home loan they had our best interest at heart. Dustin answered every text even when we were looking at houses late at night. When bombarded by other loan officers Dustin took the time to explain what they were trying to rope us into. Never once did he try and talk us out of leaving, but instead talked to us about the reality of what we were going to see and that is exactly what we ended with. Brittany was amazing answering all messages and as paperwork was sent via e-mail she always followed up with a phone call or text to be sure we had seen it.     There are some things in life that I just can’t explain without saying, “It’s a God thing.” Why did this happen? How did that work out? When did you accomplish this or that? How did you do that?! It’s a God thing.We were introduced to Dustin Golden through a friend and realtor. Our network of important contacts was growing as we scouted investment properties, and we were always welcoming of new contacts and supports. It’s always challenging when you’re interviewing and feeling out the people you invite to your Financial Strategy table. Some are great people. Some are great teachers. Some are great strategists. Rarely do you find someone who ticks every box. The Lender we had talked with was knowledgeable but was hard to locate, didn’t teach much, and just didn’t meet our strategy needs. Thankfully, we met Dustin.- He sees the macro market and how it impacts the micro market of new and emerging investors.- He’s an investor himself and is willing to share his experiences.
