From Anna and Ellie in the model home to Tiffany from the loan office the made it all too easy for me as someone who was completely inexperienced with this. They communicated every step of the build process and were super patient and helpful in explaining required documents needed for loan. All in all a fantastic experience and I’m happy to have chose to build with them -

Just moved into the house! I’m loving my new home. David was very responsive and answered all my calls right away. He was easy to work and walked me through step by step and made sure whatever problems there were he would take care of. He’s also a great guy and easy to talk with. Bethany and Melissa who were the loan officers also were very helpful in getting me all the information I needed in the application process to close on time.. Even though the Pandemic has caused delays for everyone around the world the DSLD crew were always there to help and they made sure the process was as easy as possible!
