    We are first time buyers, I am a teacher and had many concerns and questions that were all explicit explained by Rick and his outstanding team. We were able to close escrow in less than 90 days. Signing documents on line was very convenient and made the process run smoothly. He was able to advice my family accordingly to our needs because my husband in an owner operator and banks look at this type of income differently.     I am so grateful that I was lucky enough to find Gabe Perkins. He is so amazing and great at his job! He handled every aspect of my refinance in a very professional and expedient manner. He is so experienced, knowledgeable, and on top of everything that needed to be done. He was great at answering all my questions and gave me great rates and advice about how to handle various aspects of the loan process. I am extremely happy with everything he did. He completed the whole process in 14 days, even with Thanksgiving and the holidays intervening. I cannot say enough about how pleased and happy I am.     Natalie Fernandez was our loan officer and she was amazing! We needed a 14 day close and our normal loan officer said that he wouldnt be able to do it. We heard that Natalie could hustle so we went with her, and Im so glad we did! She exceeded our expectations. She kept us updated every step of the way, and I always knew exactly what phase our loan was in at any moment. Her team was extremely pleasant to work with and extremely communicative. Im so glad we went with Natalie and next time we buy we will go with her again!

    UPDATE..Gabe once again did ALL the work! He keeps an eye out on rates & clients profiles and when it behooves them to refinance HE contacts THEM. His attention to detail cannot be surpassed. Then after you confirm you want to proceed his level & frequency of communication is the best I have ever experienced in any business I have dealt with. Again...cannot be surpassed! I have referred several potential people needing a mortgage company to Doorway based on Gabes performance. Doorway really struck gold when they hired Gabe Perkins! 🤩⭐️🌟💫🤩Doorway Home Loans and Gabe Perkins are absolutely the best!
