    Marc and Holly were amazing at Directions Home Loan. I was originally referred to them by my realtor, and it was the best experience. This was my first time purchasing a home, and I thought it would be difficult to understand the process and concepts of everything, but Marc did such a great job explaining absolutely everything to me throughout the whole way. Holly was wonderful at making sure documents were delivered in a timely manner, and also quick with responding to all my questions about documents.     Just purchased a home with financing through Directions. Its an interesting time to buy with the volatile state of interest rates. Angel Lambert was our Loan Officer and she was nothing sort of perfect. She provided input on when we should lock our rate to get the best rate, and worked out a (simple for us to have, but complex for her to put together) arrangement that enabled us to get the very lowest P&I payment on our home. Throughout the process, Angel and I communicated daily. She answered any and all questions I had about the process and my options in great detail, and I learned a lot about the business just from her explanations! After working with her, I will simply never finance a home without her leading the charge.
