    My experience with Dina and her entire team was excellent. I contacted them months before I was able to start searching for homes, and they were able to make suggestions on how to improve my credit. Through the lending process the entire office was nothing but helpful and informative. They went as far as opening their office earlier to accommodate my busy work schedule.     Our experience with Supreme Lending was very positive and very successful. Dina and all of the ladies we spoke with were very professional and knowledgeable. Our situation was not easy because our credit was not where it had to be and in our past there were situations that made it even more difficult for us to refinance. We had spoken to other loan officers and they said we could never refinance under our name so we didn’t have much hope. My parents had put their name on the home and they took it out under their name and it was time for us to put it under our name. When we first met with Dina she explained to us that this was not easy but it was also not impossible for her and we put our trust in Supreme Lending. First we had to pay off a bill that had to be paid to help our credit and then Dina helped us out with writing a letter to dispute an inquiry on credit bureau to help rush our credit score so that we could meet our closing date. Thankfully her letter made it through with perfect timing. We also ran into some home repairs that had to take place before the closing date and since we had had some financial difficulties we did not think it would happen before the closing date. All I can say is that Dina and the ladies as well as our Father God made everything possible before the closing date. The day came and we are now officially on our property title my husband and I. All of supreme lending worked with so much precision and they used time effectively. I will highly recommend Supreme Lending and will for sure contact them again.     I am a Real Estate agent and I will tell you one of the miracles Dina has done for one of my many clients she has helped in the years I have worked with her. A big bank name could not get the loan approved 2 days before closing and would not look closely to my buyers file after providing documents, explaning, telling the lender (big bank) the situation they would not care to re-evaluate. So I talked to Dina right after and got my buyer to start the process with her. Dina then said this file is due-able not sure why the big bank could not do it. The conclusion is that Dina has MANY years of experience under her belt that you will not regret choosing her as your Mortgage needs.

    Every review you read is true. Dina and her team are wonderful and well experience on what they do.So a few years back I had came to Dina to see if my husband and I were able to purchase a home. I did not have a pleasure to meet Dina then but we were creeted by a colleague who explained to us and let us know about our loan. So at that time we did not qualify for big enough loan to purchase a house due to only having my husband income and a few debts but we were advice on how we could qualify in less than a year or so. So time passed and as my husband and I decided to try again we made the mistake of going somewhere else. We soon found out that was a bad decision. My experience and hopes were chattered. We had set eyes on a house and as we continued with the purchase we were told we werent able to continue and instead of being told to not get discourage that they could still help us were just left with a sour taste. So that same day I called Dina and explained to her my situation. She asked a few questioned then asked when I can stop by to see her. So the following week I was in her office with the documents she requested and was told we qualified for a loan. She then asked if we had an agent I said no and we were referred to Sandra Reyna. Let me tell you she is experienced and has your best intrest. She as well made the whole looking and finding a house a smooth experience. She also made it happen for us.     I cant thank everybody at Supreme Lending enough!. I was denied a previous loan and after such a long and stressful experience, I was just about ready to give up.
