I didn’t think this level of support and care from any company existed. That is until I met Alex Garcia, my loan officer. This review is a little difficult to write because there aren’t enough words to describe this man. From the very start, Alex didn’t make me feel like I was speaking to a lender, but a friend, while also being professional. He cares for his customers and makes them feel comfortable right away. This man is truly a people person. He would respond to calls, texts, and emails right away and always had answers/ advice for me. He would help me out at any time day or night if I had questions. Even after closing he is available to help. This was my first home and I was very intimidated, Alex guided me step by step. I couldn’t imagine going through this process without his help and expertise. This man deserves his flowers for all he has done and continues to do. Alex is going places. I can’t thank him enough as I might not have even purchased the home if it wasn’t for his helpfulness, kindness, and knowledge. If I could give him a million star rating I would but I guess five will do for now.
