I had a very smooth process with DHI Mortgage. Using them as DR Hortons preferred lender was a smart decision for my Wife & I because the builder was offering major incentives on New construction homes in our area, and also we qualified for a temporary promotional Interest Rate of 2.9% based on our credit score! Part of that incentive was to get new clients to close within 45 days and finish closing before the end of the 1st quarter which we did! We were able to sign the majority of our documents online including the Home Purchase Agreement which made the process pretty painless and very convenient to work around our busy schedules. Our Sales Agent Charlene Cain was very helpful and attentive to our needs during this process and we are thankful for her. To top things off, when receiving our Final CD it ended up being $1,900 less than what our Mortgage Loan Officer had originally quoted us on our Cash to close which was a blessing. Closing only took an hour because everything was taken care of.
