I have used DFW Specialty Lending on two occasions. Both Lonnie and Cookie are great to work with! My closings went smoothly and funding were punctual. They do what they say they will do when they say they will it, trust is what I wanted in a lending relationship and that is what DFW offers. These folks are as pain free as hard money can be. -
