    Wow! Where do I start? I’ve been working with Denise at Supreme Lending for about a year. She kept me up to date on the rates and what was going on with the housing market weekly. November I signed a contract and started building my home. I ended up going with the preferred lender of the builders so I can get the incentive. Well my house was scheduled to be finish at the end of July. The lender I was with waited until July and started asking me for all kinds of documents things they never asked me for prior.     Denise is absolutely amazing. I first started speaking with her when I lived in Dubai about buying a house in Houston. She spent many hours talking me through everything even though she knew it would be 6 to 8 months before I bought anything. As I wasnt a US citizen things were more complicated and most banks wouldnt even look at me including bank of America who I banked with, Wells fargo and Chase. Denise is a wonderful person and one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. She is a star. not only did she get me a mortgage when no one else could she also got me a lower rate than BOA, Wells Fargo etc were offering at the time.

They were given my file late in the process, took over and made the process such a smooth experience.
