I loved my experience working with Dawn and her amazing team! While it was my first experience with Dawn Rush Dotson Mortgage Team, its not my first time trying to secure mortgage lending and his experience truly above the rest! They immediately told us what was needed and mor e importantly quickly reviewed our documents, so there wasnt a lot of back and forth at all. They are a smart team, and all my interactions with them were friendly and fun. We closed in 2 weeks from our offer being accepted & I dont think I could have done that with anyone else!Highly recommend!!

We used Dawn and her team to close on our first house in July, and honestly we couldnt be any happier or impressed! They are 5-stars all the way! Being our first house, we initially started looking in February (didnt find a house until June), but every step of the way Dawn was there to answer any questions I had (whether it was early morning or late at night)! She is extremely knowledgable in her field, and we are so happy she was our lender! We also worked with Ginger and Miguel who were great, always quick to respond or call! I would HIGHLY recommend Dawn Dotson Mortgage Team!!

Our first meeting with Dawn was her hearing how frustrated we were with a clients file that had been given up on. Dawn explained that she really didnt see too much of a problem and was willing to work the file, It closed seven days later due to her tireless efforts and professionalism. I know if there is a way, she will find it. Dawn has an amazing team behind her, and thats why we recommend her as a lender without reservation.

Real estate deals can just be tough. Mine was a bit of a roller coaster and there was some frustration for various reasons. Dawn and her staff were very professional and helped me through a few fits of frustration. -- okay, maybe more than a few ... my deal had more than a couple of hiccups. -- Even though there was a significant delay caused by an appraisal issue (and a major holiday) they still got us closed within a day of our closing deadline. All things considered, I was pretty impressed by her office. Even though it wasnt perfect, Im still giving them five stars because they really deserve it.
