If we could get Danny 10 stars we would. He went above and beyond for us. From the 1st discussion with him about our construction loan through the process to the closing of our forever house. He helped us get our payments to where we needed them to be. He explained the buy down option. Any question we had for him, he had an answer. Danny explained everything so well. If you are building a new home and need a construction loan, refinancing a current house or buying a home- I will definitely recommend Gateway & ask to work with Danny Gildea.

Danny is phenomenal as a loan specialist with Gateway Mortgage! He walked us through each step of the home buying process and made sure we understood all our options. We ran into quite a few issues with the purchase due to many unforeseen circumstances, but he was on the ball with creative solutions and helped us close our first home!
