Where do I start?!? I cannot express how AMAZING Mrs. Garcia and Jared were in the process of purchasing my new home! I’ve bought houses before but never on my own; so scared and nervous are not even the right words to describe how I felt when I first started thinking of buying my own home. They helped me every step of the way. Constant communication and notifications as to where we were in the process and what they needed from me. Absolutely zero stress during what could have been one of the most stressful things ever! They have been the most professional, friendly and helpful group I’ve dealt with even when I had to take a break from the process. Side note previously I was looking under a different lender when I originally started looking into buying and didn’t receive a good experience so I was a little worried to say the least but Mrs Garcia came highly recommended from my AMAZING agent, Andrea Forte, so I gave Mrs Garcia a call and so glad I did. I proudly would highly recommend Mrs Garcia & Jared to assist a million times over! I am so happy with them during this process and again can’t say Thank you enough for all their time, effort and assistance during this whole thing and again just how smooth and easy it has been! Danielle responded to my emails and text messages well past the 5 oclock hour, sometimes it would be 9 pm! She always replied day or night for any questions or concerns that I had. Lauren made sure that all my documents were in order so that process could move along. I was very pleased and satisfied overall with the whole experience. Im so glad I chose them as my lender. They helped me get into a home and in my opinion did it smoothly and seamlessly. -
