Daniel was extremely informative and patient throughout the entire lending process. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions in detail and made sure that I had as much understanding as I desired. We had a very small timeline to close the deal (less than 2 weeks) and Daniel and his team tenaciously hustled to ensure there were no delays; we were able to close the deal sooner than the deadline! Daniel Hawkins was our mortgage lender when my husband and I recently bought a new home in the beautiful Texas hill country. Although we were offered good terms by the builder, we chose to work with Daniel because we wanted a lender who had experience working with self employed applicants. Daniel was professional and proactive through the whole application process and always treated us with respect. He promptly answered every phone call and e-mail and I felt like he had our best interest at heart. Weve worked with mortgage lenders in the past who were demanding, pushy, and much less personable than Daniel. I would absolutely work with Daniel Hawkins again and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent mortgage lender in Texas, especially anyone who is self employed.

I’ve worked with Daniel on three properties now and he is the best. Every process has been so smooth from beginning to end. Our last property we closed on was a VA loan and we had so many hurdles we had to get through to get it approved let alone close when we needed. Daniel was able to handle the entire loan and get things through before our original close date when it was set to have to be pushed back. They helped make my client feel comfortable and walked them through the process so they felt apart of it and actually understood everything going on. I’ve worked with multiple lenders and Daniel and Warren are now my go to lender I have my clients use because I know they will always make it happen!
