My wife and I just bought our first home in McKinney, TX. Being first time home buyers we werent familiar with the lending process, or what to expect. Dan and his team did a great job walking us through the process and speaking in terms we could understand. Dan and the Willow Bend team were great in helping us buy our first home! They were extremely responsive, willing to work with us several months before we were ready to purchase and even prepared multiple analyses for us based on different purchase prices , down payments, etc. to help us find the mortgage that made the most sense for us. Throughout the entire process they were professional and incredibly helpful in the information provided. Dan is the man. I bet you have heard that a few times before :). Seriously, Dan and his team are very good at what they do. I love working with them and their clients. They are local, fast, professional...............I could go on and on. Call them for refi, new home purchase, or a renovation loan.
