If you think that customer service is a thing of the past, you havent had any dealings with Brian and his team! They are all the things you should expect from a mortgage service. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, available... Your business is appreciated and they have zero qualms in showing that appreciation. Brian and his team worked diligently on our loan and last minute were able to get us a reduction in the rate. Thats saying a lot these days with rates climbing as they have been.Highly recommended. If you are looking for a home and need a mortgage servicer, Fairway is the best!

Not only was I filing my taxes at the same time, but I owed money to the IRS and we had to close on time because we were filming the house with a nationally syndicated TV show on a major network. Everything fell into place because Brian and his team worked directly with my builder and CPA to make sure everything was in alignment and we closed on time!
