Cynthia Rock team is super efficient, very responsive and communicative. The team works together cohesively and seems to be having fun doing it, which reveals their team culture that is unified and focused on customer service. We had an amazing experience, even during the busy holiday season when there are days off and people have family commitments. We viewed a house on Thanksgiving day, and then were in the mortgage process through Christmas, closing 2 days after Christmas. The team was amazing the whole way, even on weekends and holidays and got everything done without delays.

Cynthia and her team helped me make offers on several homes, and they were patient with me when the competitive market required me to make rush offers on Sunday afternoons in order to meet bidding deadlines. They made a stressful situation bearable, and they really helped me keep my bearings so that I didnt get in over my head, financially. In the end, I got exactly the home I wanted and its exactly within my financial comfort zone. Im very pleased.

Cynthia and her team were absolutely fantastic from day one until the day we closed! She was always and when I say always (she answered every single one of my phone calls) and answered my questions/concerns in an unbelievable time frame! Seeing we had switched from DHI mortgage company which was horrendous and the absolute worst experience I believe I have ever had with a place of business! Cynthia called me and like I said from that phone call she explained exactly what was going to happen and take place and was upfront and honest with me which was a complete 180 from DHI!!!
