It was such a pleasure working with Curtis on the purchase of our first home. Curtis was very professional, responsive, & understanding. We were new to the home buying process, and had reached out to Curtis after being referred by an acquaintance. One of the best decision we made for this process! Curtis gave us tips to help make this process smoother. He stayed in contact with us through the whole ordeal. We live a very busy lifestyle, and sometimes our schedules are a bit crazy. It was nice to know we could text/email Curtis (sometimes before hours, and often after hours) & get a response fairly quickly.I cant count the times Ive heard how smoothly this transaction went after we made an offer on a home, much of that is due to Curtis. Curtis was so patient with our daily questions and worries and always took time to explain things and reassure us on the process. More than once he took personal time out of his evening or weekend to call and chat with us to clear up any questions we had - and we had A LOT being first-time buyers!Curtis came highly recommended by a local realtor here in west Texas and we are so thankful we worked with him.I remarked at closing that it was kind of sad that we wouldnt be hearing from Curtis all the time anymore. We was referred to Curtis by a colleague when he heard that we was looking to buy our 1st home. I will say that I was very nervous but anxious at the same time. Its a big thing buying a house. We would message or call Curtis at all times from the start to the end. We always had questions. Even with that He never once got bothered by us and never told us to only contact him at certain times. He was there for us from the very beginning always walking us through whatever it was and answered any and all questions regardless what it was about. He always made time for us. Alex and I met Curtis when we initially set out to buy our first home together. Unfortunately, because we were a bit impatient and decided to go with our builders lender, we didnt get to work with Curtis.Fast forward a year after we moved into our home, Curtis emailed us asking how things were going. Well, 2020 happened and we were ready to look into re-financing. We knew we had a ridiculously high interest rate and a high mortgage payment, but what we didnt know was that our current mortgage company screwed up our escrow and we would have been in some deep trouble come January if we didnt refinance.Our situation is unique, with being self-employed and also working in the service industry, but that never stopped Curtis and his team from finding a way to get us what we needed. And they did just that, got us a much lower interest rate, fixed our escrow and our payment even went down. He and his teams communication is remarkable and they work day and night to get the job done.We are so grateful for Curtis and his team for helping us get our house refinanced!!

Curtis is not only a mortgage lender, he invests everything he has to get you to closing. He is understanding, funny, and beyond professional. He responds night and day and when you need a pre-approval letter for the 5th time he never gets annoyed. He does not treat you like just another customer he treats you like family. As much as I am glad to be in our new home, I miss chatting with him. The process was documented and I was updated in text messages about where we were at, his team goes above and beyond to respond and answer questions quickly.
