Man, I had to leave a review. I have heard how many people could not close on their houses, welllllllll that would not happen if you had Roberto. With him, you will get your house one way or another. Having credit issues? breaking a lease issue? money issue? whatever issue? WELL GET ROBERTO FLORES as your loan officer, he will guide you on what to do, how to repair your credit etc or whatever you need. I cannot stress this enough, If you are in a process of buying a home and you are choosing AmCap, get ROBERTO FLORES as your loan officer because this guy will go to hell and back to get you that house. He went above and beyond for me. Seriously, he is very knowledgeable, he is patient (because as a first time home buyer most of these things wont make sense) but he will be there to guide you. He is always available and no matter how many times you ask him the same question lol he will respond to you and explain over and over until you understand.
