    There was difficulty with communication between the lender and the title company with last minute details. I believe the lender was doing all they could do to clarify and to get us to the closing with minimum confusion, but timely communication could have been better.

    Brent and Katy are brilliant. They answered all my questions, were prompt and also very helpful through out the process. Above and beyond service.But I only give 4/5 stars. There’s two reasons I deduct one star:1. I wished I didn’t have to go shopping with different lenders and then get a match from Crestmark. If I’m working with them, I expect them to be on my side and give me the best deal from the get-go without having to do the legwork myself.2. The Crestmark online portal document system is wonky and doesn’t provide ample space for comments etc.Overall, great experience with the team - all of them absolutely outstanding. The app and legwork though need improvement. But that being said, i’m sure gonna be working with Crestmark in all my future refi as well as new loans.

    They know what they do and have a fast track with Perry due to their mutual contract so there is a synergy and efficiency built in. Others I had checked with need a full 30 days to provide an offer to you, whereas it could be done in 3 weeks with Crestmark.     Clear instructions with a Borrower Portal (Loan Fly) personalized with my information; offered a roadmap. With some help, I was able to upload requested/required information securely using this website tool. After initial uploading, I needed to add more information and thats where the Borrower Portal failed; with trial and error, I figured I had to go back to the beginning to securely upload information even though there was an upload additional documents feature. Later with coordination, unique, individualized provisions were created for me to easily upload additional documents. Secure uploading is very important to me. Overall, Crestmark Mortgages Loan Officer and Load Processor were very quick and attentive to my needs and requests; they were very patient and helpful while leading me through the entire process, seeing me cross the finish-line.     My representatives where very good at foward thinking the questions I would have. For instance, my loan officer told me ahead of time that if things change and the closing is not this year to notify them so that we could look at adjusting the interest rates...To give 5 stars I would really need to feel most blanks where filled in...For instance, as with lender fees and everything that is not covered in bank financing...this should be presented and discussed well ahead of closing ,closer to contact signing...Even though there was not a lock in rate at that time there could have still been a prediction based off the house price...Its just so that the customer can be better prepared financially. So for refinancing...I know I could have more of a ball park estimate of how much I would need to pay in fees, and what estimated date I can refinance , and a scheduled followup around that date...Just some backwards planning...Example, 6 months from 28 Dec OK the end of July Next year I will follow up with you and based off your house price and how much you pay and whats been payed your lender fees are expected to be around this much at this average interest rate if you refinance...Just to feel that engagement.
