I joined Credit Union of Texas a few months ago and am very satisfied with the whole experience. Josh Jones, at the Paris Plaza location, was very thorough when he explained to me the benefits of being a member. He set me up with Checking, Savings and a Debit Card. Weve also discussed an auto loan for my next car. Josh is very knowledgeable and professional in a friendly way. I highly recommend him for all your banking needs.

My wife, Amanda, and I had an appointment with Josh Jones at the Credit Union of Texas located in Paris today. The goal was to establish a relationship with a local financial institution for not only our personal accounts, but also for our business. Josh welcomed us at the door when we walked in and we went straight to his office to discuss the process of becoming a member of the credit union and discussing potential opportunities to grow our business. Everything went great and we left feeling very comfortable and with a positive attitude that this was a great decision for our family and our business! I would have given Josh Jones a 10, but could only go to a 5. His communication skills are exceptional, he helped through the entire process of obtaining a loan. His ability to manage the paperwork and timely manner of delivering the paperwork was outstanding. Someone was trying to get our money with bogus calls, using logos, causing me where I couldnt log in to my account after hours. Went to the new office in Paris, Tx. it was found to be an attempt to get access to my account. Luckily they were able to fix things where they wouldnt be able to. The scammer is supposed to call me tomorrow for further instructions, so trying to get info to get them charged. Thank you CUTX!! Weve been with you 37 years and you always have our backs!!
