    Billy Dempsey of the Garland Branch Credit Union of Texas did a fantastic job helping us through, some fraudulent traumatic online banking fraud. Several thousand dollars was taken from our account. Billy was very patient. He explained everything and coached us through all the paperwork. We really appreciate his hard work on our behalf.

    Love this new branch! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Natalie helped me with our account for our travel plans coming up and advised on protocols for fraud protection while away. I especially love the “small town” feeling where they know your name each time you come in. Customer service at its best!

If you are a member or just searching for a new bank or credit union I would highly recommend visiting this new branch. The staff was friendly, helpful and competent.
