Credit union of Texas has always shown itself to be a great financial institution. I’ve been a member for many years and have visited different locations, but since moving to Frisco, I frequent the Frisco location often. The service is always great, but I have to say that Daniel’s service is outstanding. When I mentioned that I was looking to buy a car a couple of months ago, he immediately provided information about who to contact about auto loans, as well as, their Fair Lease Dept. Two weeks later, my car was as delivered to my front door. Today, I had difficulty accessing the ATM machine and he personally assisted me as much as could, then provided the contact number of who could help further. One hour later, my card is working just fine. We tend to complain a lot but never compliment, so I wanted to take time out to say thanks Daniel, at CUOT in Frisco, for your outstanding service. Continue to show kindness. It goes a long ways and is very noticeable.
