So excited to have CUTX a part of my community! It’s the beat place I e ever banked! They do so much for the community. They sponsor just about every local event to some extent and put money back into our community directly by purchasing lots of livestock and AG projects. There are countless benefits of becoming a member! I’m loving their returns on their CD’s. Another awesome perk of being a member allows you a free drink a day from Cozy Coffee! It’s the coffee shop built on the front of the Credit Union! It’s amazing!

Great bank and outstanding local office in Gilmer but trying to get customer service on the phone at the main office is horrible. I wasted over an hour with no results having to go through their automated service. Never did get to talk to anyone. Drove to gilmer office and go help immediately.

Coming to credit union I had my doubts because of other banks thinking that it would be the same.. But once meeting Carlene she helped change my mind! I have been banking with credit union for 4 months now and love it completely!! Anytime I have a question or concern she’s always so willing to help!! I couldn’t ask for nothing more than the support she shows to the people that bank through credit union.Credit union always has my business when it comes to how I get treated going through Carlene!!

I met with the president Barry Smith who was nice, proficient and very professional!Gabrielle Gutierrez the Member Relationship Specialist customer service was amazing and pleasant. She resolved the issue at hand in a timely manner.I really appreciate CUTX for making my transition easy!!!

CUTX Gilmer has been so helpful and proactive in our community. I had 3 other banks across Texas and CUTX IS hands down the best! Carlene always welcomes me with a smile and asks how my day is. Shes helped me get started at CUTX and helps me when I need something goofy fixed. She specialize in helping people. She is awesome and a hard worker!

I want to give a BIG thank you to Alexis at the Gilmer branch! I want her to know how much I appreciated what she did today and how I’m sorry if I rushed off the phone and didn’t say much or express my appreciation to her as much as I should have, but it’s because I was really an emotional wreck this morning and I was about to bust out in tears and let all my emotions out on her and that would’ve been embarrassing 🤣🤣! lol but she is the sweetest and I am so thankful for her!

First experience with Credit Union Of Texas and was very pleased! I was talking to Barry Smith and he was telling me about the bank, wanting my business on a new build on a home loan and met with him today and talked me into opening a checking and savings account and introduced me to a Carlene McGee who was very helpful and went above and beyond to fix me up. Awesome staff and service!
