I want to explain why the five stars. This team deserves it. When I was ready to pull the trigger to buy a house, I started to work with a company that works with Veterans, its in there name. Was not happy. I have a work schedule that makes it difficult to view houses at anytime. And they couldnt understand that. They wanted me to work around the realtors schedule. Went to work with Mr. Vandenbergs team. He and his assistant Christina, took care of all the paperwork, and there is alot, I didnt have to miss a single day of work. Mr. Vandenberg, found a realtor that can work with my schedule, and Im only available on Saturday and Sundays. He must have given him an idea of what I was looking for, with the homes I found on Zillow, instead of just shutting it down, like at the other place. Beacuse the realtor was on point, did not waste anytime. This is the team to work with. Y se habla español. Lots of luck, you will NOT be disappointed.

Highly recommend Corey. Im a first-time homeowner, Corey is a very hard-working man. He never gave up on me when things got tough. Every time I thought I was not going to be a buyer. My husband and I have always been told we couldnt get a loan. In December if 2020 i contracted Corey. He reviewed our credit told what I need to do,by August 2021 we closed on our house. Corey and his team was awesome, they helped and guided us so much it was a little stressful on my end but he made go very smooth. Again Im very thankful for CoreyPam D

To start, a few months at my new place and I am loving it! Shopped around at over four mortgage lenders and this one had the heart of a teacher from the get-go. Walked in with no appointment and was educated, via a whiteboard, on how the process works and options. The enthusiasm and passion is evident in this man. In this aggressive market we were able to close and open a new and better chapter in my life. Thanks Corey, I appreciate your close communication with me and my grandpa finally thinks Im a man bc I have a garage and washer/dryer 😂.

The best experience to buy my first home. It was a great help and especially in my main language, Spanish!! Yes, he also speaks Spanish. He helped me in the process by explaining each step, all over the phone and computer since we are not in the same state and giving me ideas and options so that everything turned out perfect and it did.
