    So I was just shopping around moving into the state from out. I looked through a couple of their profiles and happened to pick Ian Blake kind of just by chance to be honest. It was probably one of the best experiences Ive ever had working with a professional. Not at any point did it ever feel salesy or like they were just trying to get the job done or anything like that. I feel like the service that I was given was beyond exceptional. Being a first-time home buyer is nerve-racking and not knowing what types of loans you can get whether you should or shouldnt do something based on your credit score or even youre buying power is often hard to determine with so many resources out there. Going with USA mortgage and in particular Ian Blake was the best decision that Ive made in a very long time. I had constant clarity, I never had to question what was actually happening or who I should be talking to. It was a seamless experience that even had hurdles and difficulties that were not the fault of USA mortgage that Ian was able to guide me through. If you go with them I assure you you wont have any regrets!

    Michael DeBacker was great! We bought our house while in the middle of moving from out of state. Michael worked hard to make it possible for us. He is very knowledgeable and explored all avenues to make sure we ended up with the best loan for our situation.     Brad Lane was very knowledgeable. He treated his client as a friend, put clients benefit on top. He tried his best to save me money, he catched the perfect time for refinancing. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend USA Mortgage and Maria should you be looking to refinance or buy a home. Everything was done by phone or email which worked out great with the current COVID-19 pandemic. Being seniors we were completely protected from possible exposure to the virus. Pam with Lawyers Title even made closing a breeze. We stayed in our car to sign final closing papers which provided the appropriate social distancing required.We got a great interest rate and are very happy with how it all worked out so well.     Started this process last June when we entered into a sales contract with Beazer Homes and USA Mortgage was on the list of preferred lenders. Ben Hogan was the first to respond for the pre-qualification request. Ben was able to get our pre-qualification letter out to the builder within mins.Fast forward to April 2022 - Ben, Michelle and Dina worked dillegntly to get our loan closed. This is my fourth time completing this type of transaction and this by far was the smoothest and quickest Ive ever encountered. Think we only had one go back from underwriting, which illustrates their accuracy and commitment to the client and company.Ive spent the better half of my life in the mortgage business before going out on my own, Ive never worked with a more professional group.I highly recommend Ben Hogan and USA Mortgage without any reservation.

    Michael DeBacker - “Mortgage Mike” was outstanding on helping us with our refinance.He helped us lower our interest rate by over 1.25% which effectively means we are saving several hundred (I believe close to $400/month) dollars a month!He was prompt with calling or emailing my wife and I to let us know where we were in the process & their mobile app is so simple to use to be able to upload any requested paperwork they were needing quickly.I’ve already referred my parents and uncle to Mortgage Mike and would highly recommend for anyone else thinking of buying or refinancing to call him.

    I have to say that home buying has been the most stressful thing I’ve ever done in my life. We switch lenders halfway through because of the terrible loan officer we had. We came to Scott due to a recommendation from a friend. He instantly put my fears at rest and walked me through the process. He didn’t sugar coat anything and communicated the entire way.     I am soooo glad I decided to change lenders! I had been actively buying in OK since February because work was relocating me from TX. My original lender kept slapping my loan with sooo much red tape. It felt like I was jumping through hoops! I got the impression that my original lender was not working in my and my familys best interest. It got to the point that my seller was threatening to walk if we didnt get a clear to close. I was soooo stressed I couldnt sleep! Thankfully, I got Kyzers info through a friend in Texas. He and his team were able to take over my loan and get me closed in 30 days! 30 DAYS! They were able to do in 30 days what wouldve probably taken my original lender MONTHS! We had an estimated closing date ready and Kyzers team got me clear to close 6 WHOLE days sooner! Im ecstatic and beyond glad I went with my gut and switched to USA Mortgage! Everyone on Kzyers team is awesome! They put in all their effort in their work and it shows!

    I had the pleasure of working with Shervin Razmzan and Angela Wilson in order to close my mortgage. As a loan originator myself, I can be very picky in my service and how my loan is handled. And despite my being picky, Shervin did a fantastic job of working with me to find solutions when it came to down payments, rates, payments, escrows etc. The real shining star of my experience however was Angela. Ive never worked with a processor that was so diligent in making sure we met our goals, made the process as easy and quick as possible, and helped fix the many issues that came up along the way. They were both fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend asking for them in the future.
