Corbin and his team were nothing shy of the absolute best. They worked hard, efficiently and were so fast ensuring my children and I could buy our first home. Through multiple hurdles (from the home and seller) they did an amazing job finding a way through them. It is hard to find someone that cares as much about their buyers like Corbin does. The thing I realized while working with Corbin is how much good problem-solving and integrity matter in the home lending process. This was my second time buying a home and I was blown away with how comparatively easy and low stress the whole process was. I could not talk more highly of Corbin and this group!! They got our credit where it needed to be and into a home in under 6 months!!! We were able to sign on our first home within 2 weeks after house hunting! This team was diligent and worked so hard for us. Corbin is very knowledgeable about his expertise in his field of work. Stellar communication and no sugarcoating -Matise Mortgage is THE place you want to go to if you are buying your first home or a seasoned real estate investor. I consider myself good at math and even a home loan was harder for me to understand than calculus. Luckily Corbin and Chandler are your private tutors.I was a first time home buyer with holes in my credit. They worked with me patch those and qualify for a higher loan amount. The communication with the team is stellar. Other loan officers took a long time to get back to me and tried to add unnecessary interest for closing costs.They are very clear on the process and never hid any of the hurdles I had to overcome, but were definitely there to help me over them. It felt like we were all buying the house. I will definitely be using them for my next house.

A+ for finding a way to make it affordable.
