I’ve really enjoyed building a wonderful business relationship with Coody and Co. Financing. It feels amazing not to turn clients away just because they don’t fit traditional loan criteria. Their owner-financing program is a great solution for buyers who have unique financial situations.The team has been very responsive, kind, and knowledgable about this unique loan type. Working almost daily with Melissa has been wonderful! They obviously really care about helping people become homeowners! I’d highly recommend them to any real estate pro looking to offer more options and real solutions!

I started working with Jesse and his team on Labor Day weekend. Since we started working together we have already closed 3 deals with 2 more scheduled to close for the middle of this month. Jesse and all of those on his team are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure results are delivered. Even when some road blocks did come up the communication to over come them was unmatched. When working with Coody & Co I felt like I was part of the team not just a client. I look forward to doing continued business with this company.
